That's what I use to map the gamepad. But no mapping does it.
It's actually the same with a keyboard.
You can't navigate outside of the listed games. Only by typing some characters, matched games are shown.
For a keyboard that's not a problem, but with a gamepad I can't type.

If you look all the things that you can map, as shown in your snapshot, I would expect one of them should do it. (ui page up/down or ui next/previous group)

I guess it's not implemented.
But could I ask somewhere for such feature? Like in mame testers?
