I think that page just shows the info for people playing the game for the first time, because when I saw the time for Dark Souls it was listed as 45h. And I remember I spent like that time in my first play through because I didn't knew anything about the game.
But in my second run, not even attempting any speedrun tricks, I completed the main adventure in 4:18h
