I used to play Spy Hunter all the time on a PC with mame and a keyboard. I've got a cabinet now with a classic slikstik, running mame and mala. I'd like to eventually replace the tornado spinner with a turbo twister spinner and a steering wheel. In the meanwhile though, I'd like to configure mame.ini to use the spinner and ipac for the paddle and pedal. I understand that I'd replace "keyboard" with "mouse" next to "paddle" under "core input automatic enable options". And "mouse" comes up now next to "paddle analog" under "input options this game" when i press tab during a mame game But what should I write next to "pedal" in mame.ini? It's blank next to "pedal analog" under" input options this game" and when I press return and try to select a button from the controller, nothing happens
