Hi,
I used to play a game at a cafeteria on military base in Japan from 1981-1983, but I don't remember its name. I do recall they had a Pengo, Zaxxon, and some others around it.
I believe it had a 3d type scrolling background, like it was done in layers and the layers would get closer to each other as they came at you or moved faster. I somewhat recall a transition between two modes of play where the players ship would roll over or something.
Does anyone remember a game like this from this time? Any ideas of what it might be?
