The romset for Samurai Showdown V Perfect is out there should you know where to look, but keep in mind it's only the unreleased location test prototype, to make it the perfect version they're actually from what i understand using additional game assets in the emulator bundled with the collection.
As things stand if you play the game outside of the collection the main changes are, they removed animations and finishers to make room for a story mode (japanese text only), so some might say it's far from perfect  .
You can play it in FBN, i was going to share out the romset via the DU, but i was not sure it that would have been right and proper.??
