As Haze has already mentioned, you need to create a PR in GitHub for it to be officially considered. In it's current state I will reject it though.
You've ignored my advice to hold off for now whilst another preferred source is considered, one that has been verified, unlike TOSEC. You also ignored my suggestion to remove various alts that have been checked by Wos/TZX Vault and removed from their collections. You've included some personal collections in there from Jesus Tejero, Javier Herrera. These are not appropriate and should be removed.
I can see you've spent considerable time on this but your insistence on using TOSEC as the source is not the best use of anyone's time. I'd rather have a softlist that can be added to rather than one that someone else (me) will have to clean up. The likes of Wos/TZX Vault/SPA2 have already done the filtering for us, use their experience.
