I often want to customise the list of romsets that are in a certain release. For example take out all the Mahjong and lightgun games etc..
I find this tool great for that: https://www.waste.org/~winkles/ROMLister/ the issue being it has rather slow development and there are a lot of tweaks that could be added here.
I also liked MCM Plus: http://mcm.mameworld.info/about.htm but that seems to have a limited UI geared only for cab setup and not so much Windows.
Does anyone else have an approach that may work better than these tools?
