I assume under Linux because under Windows 7 this option never worked. The only option for integer scalling is still directdraw without hardware stretching enabled or use cleanstretch option from cabmame/groovymame.

This game works fine, that how is d3d/opengl scalling works.

I think resolution 512x240 is also ok. Well, maybe 240 should be 224 just like many other games from that era.
