final romance r : cannot apply settings

My apologies if this is not the right place to post this.

I have a problem with final romance R (fromancr)

After changing some values in the setting mode (F2) the values are not applied when exiting the setting menu (EXIT option or reset).

I did the same manipulation for final romance 2 (which uses the same driver) and I had no problems with this game
