Compiler versions that were used to compile MAME

On the official MAME website you can download every version of MAME.
Now what I'd like to know: Is there also a list of every compiler suite that was used for compiling each version of MAME?

So, let's say I want to compile MAME 0.136. And I not only need a compiler suite that works, but I want to use the very specific compiler suite that was uploaded to the site when MAME 0.136 was the current version. In this case, the version was "mingw-mame-w32-20100102.exe".

Is there a list with all compiler suites, with all MinGW MAME packages that were ever uploaded to the mamedev site, so that I can pick whichever version I want?
