I'm looking to do the same thing, and unfortunately ROMLister doesn't help. It only filters out based on MAME-defined genres, and redemption games do not have their own genre. A perfect example is a game I just found in my list called "Chicken Farm", which is defined as "Puzzle / Maze". I'm just manually removing these from my list as I find them, but it would be nice if there was a list somewhere.
These are the only games I've found so far:
Chicken Farm
Crazzy Clownz
Ripper Ribbit
The manufacturer "LAI Games" produced all these redemption games, and nothing else. So, the best way to remove these from your list would probably be to find the manufacturer of any redemption game you find and then filter out their games. I use "Don's HyperSpin List Generator" for this task.
