Oh I see how its going to be .. Well let me tell you what I do know. I have the same problem on 2 different machines (different hardware all around)
Machine 1 Win7 X64 PRof - GIGABYTE ATI Radeon HD6950
Machine 2 Win7 X64 Prof - Ati Radeon 6570

I have tried different Graphics Drivers.
Both Machines are amd CPU
Have Directx 9

I can give more detail but It will have to wait until I get home.

Running Game in Vertical mode on a cocktail table
