Video monitors: a non-electrical musician needs tech help
09/09/12 01:46 AM

The following are video monitors designed for car headrest use. I need one of them for use at a piano, so I can create a line-of-sight with a choral director via camcorder when, due to stage layout issues, I cannot actually see her directly. I need AV (RCA jack) inputs, which are common to all three models.

Problem is, based on what I think I see in the ads, all of these monitors are meant to be wired for power to the car battery. I need a way to power via AC wall adapter or portable AA/C/etc. battery. Can you help a non-electrician find a solution?
