Here's a quote from one company, ''Award winning unlimited online backup for only $5/month, Backblaze backs up your data to the cloud''
It seems lately I've had a bad luck with HDD's crapping out. I currently have mame and other stuff on two 3TB HDD's so 6TB of total data approx. The thing is if one of these HDD's goes broke I don't have a backup for it so I lose big time. What I need to do is buy two more 3TB and back up the two in case one goes bad. Here's the thing though I don't have the room to put two more HDD's in the tower and I'm tried of buying HDD's & ext HDD's too. I would have to upgrade to full size ATX tower and still buy two 3TB HDD's. This data is important to me and I want to keep it.
Okay here's the question and I don't know much about this stuff but would their be any cons using this as backup method ? So I would still keep the two 3TB as my primaries in my tower but back them up to a cloud for a few bucks a months.
