You have two systems, "A" and "B". A drive pulley at "1", and a follower pulley at "10". Your size ratio will follow the naming convention at 1:10 in both systems. System "B" is identical to system "A" in all dimensions, with the exception that an idler pulley was added at "2" and the belt routed around it.
Please identify the effect the introduction of "2" has on the system, specifically the effect on "10". You don't have to be specific.
