Now I don't feel so bad about being as old-fashioned as I am with regards to technology.
Last time I was lost, I tried to buy a paper map from three different convenience stores. None of them had it. Doggone 21st century.
Speaking of paper, I still pay for things with paper money. I don't care if it's a thousand dollars; I'll still use paper money.
Also, from time to time I write letters on paper. People are amazed at my handwriting. I wonder why they are amazed; I just try to write so they can read it.
Now back to the 21st century: the way I see it, cell phones should come equipped with solar cells and/or hand cranks for emergency use. But that would increase the weight of the phone by a few ounces, and we can't have that, so of course it's not going to happen.
This wretched world will have to pry my pen and paper from my cold, dead fingers.
