I've dumped a few Pentium-era Award BIOSes (although many of these are also around the net), and a SurePath BIOS from an IBM Model 330 (486) courtesy of DEBUG. I don't have anything ridiculously old though, nothing older than VESA-era 486es.
Reading the later posts, I gathered 'dumping' meant dumping game ROMs rather than BIOSes... Wouldn't mind, but I think Guru would be a bit pissed if I didn't send anything up North.
