mameui 0.262 "error parsing renameset.ini"

When I start mameui 0.262 I get error popup saying "error parsing renameset.ini". I am getting that error because it is named incorrect, or mameui does not use renameset.ini? What can I do to fix this error?

The file is not meant for mameui or mame as both the contents and format are incorrect. Mame won't complain, but it won't show anything either.

I have no idea what program uses that file.

Isn’t it for ROM managers/scripts to rename things when short names change for whatever reason?

As specified in the readme file present in the release package, "renameSET.ini" is not designed to be used with MAME (or MAMEUI) but exclusively by the "MAMErenSET" tool which has the purpose of updating the resource folders (snap, pdf, mp4, ico).
