How can I extract Brave Firefighters Sega sound effects?

Bear in mind, I only just stumbled upon MAME today after successfully extracting and isolating sound effects from the game Jackie Chan Stuntmaster and Crisis Beat for PS1 via the Avocado Emu's SPU option from the debug menu. And I'm still recovering from a migraine after so much trial and error of using the SPU debug feature of Avocado. So any help to alleviate this pain would help alot.
If user TASTomusan was able to successfully rip all the OSTs from Brave Firefighters Sega, then surely there has to be a way to extract sound effects too - such as fire crackling/burning, water spraying, gas hissing, etc. If you know how to rip sound effects via MAME emulator, please let me know as Brave Firefighters is quite an unusual game - mainly because it isn't a home console game, but an arcade style game, and MAME is an arcade game emulator.

You can't. Brave Firefighters doesn't even boot in MAME, much less run. "MAME is an arcade game emulator, therefore all arcade games run fine in it" is frankly foolish and belies you not having done a shred of investigation into MAME beforehand. It also belies a total ignorance as to how audio hardware actually works.
Basically, you're not going to get what you want by using MAME, and the only emulator that I'm aware will run Brave Firefighters (Demul) doesn't do audio ripping. You're out of luck.

Why would Moogly do your homework for you? You want that, we don't.
