From what I gather, the roms are the same, but the Sega version has an encho effect as seen in the video. Only place I know in the US that has/had it was the Pinball Hall of Fame in Vegas, But I have not seen it in any of the more recent videos. Any way to emulate the echo if not in the official Mame, in HBMame perhaps? Would love to try it. It seems like the sound was split into Stereo, and added a short delay??

I am guessing some speaker output arrangement that was unique such as recent Sinistar cockpit cab work that was done in September 2023 by hap (core MAME code speaker output part) with the core speaker output code arrangement to work with specific cabs such as Sinistar cockpit cab. If someone has access to the paperwork for the Sega cab version, maybe some of the paperwork might contain speaker output info.
