NOT anube by any stretch.... Been with MAME since Nicola Salmoria called it the multi-pac emulator. Hell, I did NewPuck2 and the original Pac-Man After Dark. Yes, I am that old.

OK, So using MameUI 257. when I click on a game to read the manual, it says it is not found. Yes, It is pointed to the right place.

I was looking for the instructions for Mattel Auto Race. Doing a search only showed me the intv Auto Race (Intellivision).

Director structure is as follows....

M:\Mame\MAME 0.256 EXTRAs\manuals (257 is not released yet)
Inside there is a directory called Manuals_SL (software List). Inside THAT directory is the consoles and computer directories.

Where on earth are the handheld manuals?

ALSO - Using Auto Race for Intv as an example..... When I open Intv in MameUI, click on a game like Auto Race and try to right click so I can read the manual, Nothing opens (no menu_ HELP!!!!

PS - Robbbert... Are you the same Robert that develops cores for the MISTer??

The support of manuals is limited to the main list. It doesn't cover software items.

Nope. I've never even seen a mister.
Can you show me a link to this other person's work?

Jerky’s hacks was the thing too iirc. Bummer with the real Crazy Otto never be supported for obvious reasons, but alas. Your Mattel led electronics Baseball awaits for another round of gameplay in MAME.
