A friend asked me to see if I could combine the Donkey Kong (2 Marios) hack and the Rainbow Donkey Kong hack for a party he's having in June (Gay Pride Month here in the US). Both hacks use different sets of rom files so it was as simple as merging and renaming the files. Since both hacks already exist in HBMAME, a 3rd hack [Donkey Kong (Pride)] would just use both sets of files. Screenshot attached.

He can do that, but I'm not really in favour of making frankensets just because it can be done.

What about combining the graphics roms from the original DK and either the Halloween or Christmas Donkey Kong Remix to try to re-create the original Donkey King Remix that was never officially released, only as a demo).
