After watching some of the video clips, no wonder the coinop game became rare. Konami gave Namco a beat down in this area of coinop gameplay genre for a while even though Namco has survived and is still around.

I liked Drum Mania myself and still wished the Bemani hardware would still be at places, but a good many of those aren’t around like they were 20 years earlier.

I am guessing arcade vendors that watched that product being at some trade show expo demonstration then directly went over to Konami trade show booth to inquire about latest Konami Bemani hardware products instead.
