Nba Play By Play Slowdown

I know many of you tell me that I commented on the bugs in MameTesters but it won't let me change the password and I can't enter, can someone confirm for me if the performance of NBA Play By Play drops to 70% performance on other systems? I use a Mini Pc Minisforum UM690 AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX with 3.3Ghz base frequency and 4.9Ghz Turbo frequency

During on-court gameplay in the demo it drops to a low of about 105% on my i7-12700K at 5.2Ghz, so it's a taxing game. Here's the 90 second bench you can compare to your system:
mame.exe nbapbp -bench 90
Average speed: 344.08% (89 seconds)
