What bios I have to choose for the game Fatal fury 2 or other games ? Sorry for my ignorance.

The default is the first choice.
You can also shut off the need to select a BIOS by choosing:
GENERAL SETTINGS > MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS > SKIP BIOS SELECTION MENU and turn this to ON.
Just be sure to SAVE SETTINGS (in GENERAL SETTINGS menu) if you want to keep it.
