The resolution of my monitor is 1680x1050.
How can I set snapshots size in Mame to this size? Could you show me?

In this option I cannot change size....
Moreover, in which folder I will find the snap and what is the button to make a snapshot in Mame?

Find a Front-end for M.A.M.E. I personally use Emuloader which is no longer being updated but still works well.
In settings video2 you can change the size of the snap to
your own choice.

Edit your mame.ini and alter the snapsize line to whatever resolution you'd like for the output. You may also benefit from turning on the snapbilinear option.
snapname %g%i
snapsize 1600x1200
snapview Screen 0 Standard
snapbilinear 1
etc.
