Can Arcade64 Play mp4 movies in the "title" tab?

Have returned to MAME after 10 years, found Arcade64 and love it. It's hard to tell from the documentation / options whether it's possible to have an animated movie play in the frontend, or if this is referring purely to recording options. If it can play them, is there a step-by-step guide? I can't figure it out.

If you right-click on a game, you'll see extra options. I'm not near a suitable computer right now, but I think you'll find what you're after in there.
The movie doesn't play in a tab, it will play in your default movie-playing app, such as VLC.
