MAMEUI saves game configurations outside of cfg folder

Ever since I got a new computer and downloaded MAMEUI, all the game configurations and dipswitch settings save into the main MAMEUI directory instead of the intended cfg folder.
If anyone can clue me in on what I should do to restore the intended behavior, let me know.

Check mame.ini inside ini folder, if doesn't exist you have to create it and then set your paths:
