Mame4Droid issue.

For some reason, when I'mplaying 1 player only on Metal Slug games, the computer likes to start the second player all on its own, and it slows me down waiting for the second player to die so i can advance.
Does anyone know why MAME4Droid does that? It only seems to happen on the metal slug series for this version of MAME.

Have you tried RetroArch MAME version? Better than this out of date hacked MAME. Still hacked too. lol
MAMEDev have nothing to do with any of these hacked MAME. They will not help anyone with these.
Least you can play some games on the RetroArch MAME.

For the most part, RetroArsch "MAME" cores are just as out of date and hacked as MAME4Droid, if not worse. The last thing people with even a half-decent device need is to have a mame2003plus core shoved down their throat just because the fanboys say it's better because it can run SSF2T faster on a shitty old Pi 3. While RA has newer builds, the fanboys almost always market the shit cores to newbies just for that tiny speed increase even though the emulation is vastly inferior. FWIW, MAME4Droid tends to use the same 0.139u1 build as RA.
