Monitor is set to 1920x1080, but it is still not working. MameUI64 248 and Windows 10. HELP!

ALL artwork of this type does this.

Looks like an artwork from OrionsAngel.
I do not use anymore his creations, however I remember that most of his bezels need a specific .cfg file to display on screen properly. It's usually included in the .zip file.
