MAMEUI Tool Option
#393597 - 03/28/22 04:43 PM

Hello MameWorld Fans.
I'm wanna ask one suggestion for the next version of MAMEUI Version compiled by John IV and future releases.
It can be ok if the MAMEUI have the tool option to export all the directory rom name data over in to a .txt file just to implemented on crlmamepro and load the games we want to use it on both MAME and UI Versions?

It help a lot as well frontend users on windows, android apps, and less space data on your hard drive. That can help to play more games like CHD files.
The custom filters help you to hide the games are not necessary but with this option added we can rebuild our own working set.

The option is: Save a current rom list for clrmamepro.

Example.

005
10yard
10yard85
10yardj
vs10yard
vs10yardj
vs10yardu

Thank You.

First, this is the Loony Bin. MAMEUI has it's own forum.

Second, they use the exact same rom set, so what's good for one is good for both. They even use the same directories. The only thing they keep separate from each other (under different file names, so they can happily live in the same directory with each other) are the main settings (mameui.ini vs mame.ini).

Just broke my personal record for number of consecutive days without dying!

Case solved, mame have is own option to extract data.
It doesn´t hide mess and consoles, it needs that too.
