Released another hiscore.dat at last for mame 0.241

I've noticed broken graphics on U.N. Defense Force - Earth Joker (c) 1993 Visco Corp. It's in the intro screen when the cards appear the dog tags are broken graphics.

it happens when the hi score dat is enabled so I hope you can fix this.

you might have to get a hi score entry for the broken graphics to show in all sets.
