Sure - me. As a UI coder for the past 4 and a half years, I've had to make all manner of programmer art that still passes muster as decent iconography. I'm pretty sure there's still stuff of mine that hasn't been replaced yet at my day job.
That said, you're going to have to describe, first and foremost, what you *want*.
A somewhat naïve request would be to take the existing MAME logo/icon style, and have it say "BM" instead of "M". But you probably don't want your application to be named after a bowel movement, do you?
Describe what sort of visual impact you want your iconography to have, what sort of style you want everything to hold to, and I'll see what I can do.
