Double clicking the horizontal bar in the screenshot has no effect.
However, pressing Enter brings up the font selections, which I can change, but I'm then taken back to the bar. Clicking the 'X' or Esc takes me back to the game list, but the font remains unchanged.
Win 11 with latest Geoforce video driver.
What am I doing wrong?

Old post - So not sure if you figured it out or not.
Click on the emu icon upper left. Scroll down to game list
then to game list fonts.
Then double left click one the one you wish to change.
example: Double left click on Parent Set. Pop_up box appears to change font style, font color, and font size.
Make your changes then click on confirm in the lower right of the window.
