"Hero" Turtles should be Parent Rom?

I'm seeing that most of the Parent Roms of Konami games are European and not long ago they changed the Parent Rom of X-Men from USA to European so why not change, Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles (UK 4 Players, Version F) and Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles - Turtles in Time (4 Players EAA) to Parent Roms?

The “Hero” versions are a result of UK censorship laws that banned use of the word “ninja” in children’s media (despite not actually banning depictions of ninjas – you can have ninjas, just don’t call them ninjas). We avoid making censored versions parents. The “Ninja” title is canonical, and was most widespread.
