Apple 2 - Directional keys not working ?!

Hello everyone !
I am having a problem with the directional keys not working with Apple 2.
I want to play Lode Runner my keyboard left - right - up - down keys don't respond ?!
How to proceed ?!

I have to ask, do you actually know how to use any of these machines that you've been asking about?
Also, why are you so "enthusiastic" when it comes to exclamation points?

Jake didn’t want to use exclamation points when writing phone call messages for Elaine that Elaine’s
friend Myra had a baby!!!!!! And Elaine got all upset with Jake.

As the manual hints at and as I have pointed out previously on this forum, you need to first press Ctrl+K to enable the keyboard controls in Lode Runner, then you can IJKL it all the way from there.

It works but how do you use the fire keys ?
I do not find that they are the keys to shoot left & right ?

They are U and O. Of course you would know that if you read the manual, or probably even if you just tried pressing random keys.

I finally found what are the keys to pull left & right:
- To shoot left = u
- To shoot to the right = o
But it is not at all ergonomic to play !!!
