The Arcade64 front-end is written using windows native inbuilt functions, so it isn't possible to port it.

HBMAME is just a version of MAME with different games, so anyone who can compile MAME for Linux can also do HBMAME.

HBMAMEUI has the same restrictions as Arcade64.

I don't have Linux, don't know anything about it, not interested.

Interested in making a Mac port? I don't know if it's possible.

Is there a version for Mac of hbmame available somewhere?
I'm new to mame and don't really know where to search.
I need a M1 build.

In case it's not possible, is there a way to run hbmame roms in normal mame and if yes, how?

Valentina
