The Arcade64 front-end is written using windows native inbuilt functions, so it isn't possible to port it.
HBMAME is just a version of MAME with different games, so anyone who can compile MAME for Linux can also do HBMAME.
HBMAMEUI has the same restrictions as Arcade64.
I don't have Linux, don't know anything about it, not interested.

Interested in making a Mac port? I don't know if it's possible.
Is there a version for Mac of hbmame available somewhere? I'm new to mame and don't really know where to search. I need a M1 build.
In case it's not possible, is there a way to run hbmame roms in normal mame and if yes, how?
