I found the bin file on the internet. Works just like it does from this website. https://kbhgames.com/game/fix-it-felix-jr
There is a cart for sale. I don't know how many there are. Just a bin file.

Fix It Felix Jr. (mini arcade) not working on MAME yet.

The Fix-It Felix Jr. (Mini Arcade) version sucks. Get way too many free lives. Go on forever. Plus no timer. lol
Homebrew version way better.

That ok I removed the link. I don't understand why anyone reported that small one. lol
Unless Google scanner false reported it as malware. It happen.

there were some .mp4 video files for front-ends, and previous versions archive, which are not used by actual game.
