A little MAMEWorld Forums outage yesterday.
Apparently the hosting service pushed a security update to some services running on the server, and that update ignored certain configuration settings - including some that we have set for backwards compatibility.
But just an hour or two ago, the admin we have with them has said "Ok, should be fixed now."
One thing I noticed after it came back up: Server time was being reported as GMT, and I had to reset the timezone setting on my personal account on MAMEWorld Forums properly at

Thanks for that info. I had to change my time offset from +13 to +8.

I'll see if something else can be done. If every forum user needs to fix their timezone... that's a lot. I can probably subtract 5 from every user account's timezone using phpmyadmin or something... but maybe we can just change the server time back to where it was... (All I know is that now I needed to subtract 6..., and previously I only needed to subtract 1...)

Had to reset the time offset as well (it was set at -2), though I had to do -6 instead of -4, for reference I'm on the US East Coast.
