Refresh.ini ?

Hi! Would anyone know where I can find an up-to-date Refresh.ini please ?
Assuming it is still maintained somewhere, of course.
I have one but I believe it is quite old, I don't remember where I got it from, apparently not from progetto-SNAPS, or maybe that was a long time ago.
I'm asking in the general chat forum because I'm not sure it is related to the aforementioned website.

Not sure (not at home atm) but i think it gets created by MAMEUI. Something to try, I guess.
