IPAC Ult - LED's not working

Building my first cabinet. It's mostly going well, I had just finished assembling my control board and got most of the LED's buttons working. However, I must have did something recently where now NONE of the buttons light up. The button presses still work (ie keyboard mapping.
I am using:
2 IPAC Ultimates
to power 36 LED buttons
Ultralux Chrome

The last time it was working I had started using the LEDBlinky admin wizard to start setting up my light animations. I got stuck when I couldn't generate the XML mame list (still can't), cancelled the app. Since then, NO lights come on ever.
The other thing I suspected is a power issue, simply because all the lights stopped. On superficial inspection, though the wiring looks correct.
The other thing that changed was I had also rewired a bunch of lights so they were correctly connected to the IPAC. Some had been connected wrong.
I've reinstalled LEDBlinky, rechecked connections.
Any other ideas of what I should do? Thank you!!

OK I tried several things, and I just tried a new power connection for the IO boards and most of them light up! I will start diagnosing and hopefully I'm close to fixing this!

OK I've made progress, but still not there.
It was a power supply issue. I reconnected the molex and now most of the lights light up. Now, however, only the red LEDs light up. I did see one or two light up blue before, but after I ran the LEDBlinky config wizard, ONLY the red LEDs show up. A few don't come on at all, but I assume that's a loose connection and will revisit.
What could be causing only the red LEDs to light up? What could be causing the other LED's to not light up?
