Double Dragon)NeoGeo) super move works strange

Hello 
Did someone played Double Dragon(NeoGeo) fighting game?
Do not confuse with Beatemup game on same name.
I just read GAMEFAQ about special moves for characters.
So Billy and his brother Jimmy had transform move if CHARGE text start flashing, to tranform all action buttons must be pressed at same time.
And this is silly, when played this game on MAME while had my laptop with windows 10 this super move works fine, but on my old laptop with windows XP this super move never works, ive pressed these buttons a lot times and still nothing happend.
Can't right now use my laptop with windows 10 because service man trying figure out why my new purchased fan not working, because old fan make horrible noises when laptop are turned on so ive replace him to rid that noise as my brother suggested.
Ive confgiured in MAME these buttons to keys
Z X C V, Even with mapped autofire this super move never works.

That's terrible, you shouldn't replace him. You should replace the fan, not your service man.

The laptop's keyboard probably can't handle the 4 keys at the same time due to key ghosting, you will need to map the keys to something else or hook up another keyboard or a gamepad.
