Hi, I need some help with setting up the display properly. When I load up IV Play it seems that the image is greyed out so to speak, I'd like to have an image similar to what has been posted on the webpage but first things first..
Is there some kind of setting that has to be enabled in order for it to work.. Thanks.. Image attached...

Well, you need some freestanding art files (snaps, flyers, control panels, etc). Put them in the \snap directory for example and then choose your viewing option by right clicking on the image or choosing the art view with F1.
Read the docs for additional instruction.
