What were they thinking ? I've contacted them about this but got no reply yet. The problem with the 'modern' scene is if they can get away with something, they'll do it, even if it fucks over everybody else. Unfortunately unless you trademarked the name, you don't have a leg to stand on legally, and they probably know that. CiroConsentino Frontend freak! Their frontend is called "emuloader" (one word). From my point of view, I'm safe, my project's name is safe. I'm just sad about it because they didn't do any research before choosing a project name/brand.
