If SegaSonic Bros., Ooparts and Head On Channel is a fresh dumps of arcades, which really existed in the past, why hadn't it been added to main MAME?

I was curious myself and found this post on another forum

It says there is copy protection being bypassed but no mame dev has the actual board now as is required for a DMCA exemption.
Lots of interesting games to try out in hbmame.
