hb mame mame cheats issue

hello

i have download today the hbmameui226a

untill mame version 206 on miscellaneous order there was a option to activate the cheats file from my hard drive

with the current version of mame i cant see this option only the enable cheats option

also when i tried to load the cheats from directories again the cheats didnt saw in the games

how i can enable the mame cheats?
