Potential bug for MT for Prop Cycle (namcos22)

I'm thinking that this is a bug and not a issue on real hardware, but I wanted to run it past folks here before submitting it on MT as I'm not currently seeing it listed.

I'm using MAME 0.226 on Windows 10 x64. To me, it looks like the magnification effect on the high score entry screen is mirrored. The actual magnifying glass cursor sprite appears correctly, but the effect that magnifies the letters seems mirrored and appears/moves opposite of the magnifying glass sprite.

Anyone else seeing this or is it just me?

I took a shot at fixing this bug last night, and managed to make my own savestate. It's not too difficult to set a high score on the Novice course.

Unfortunately, the bug seems really strange, and I'm going to have to do more digging than I was able to just in one evening.

Yeah, it was a complete oversight on my part. I approached the bug from the standpoint of "What draw call is going wrong, it's probably due to per-poly flags". I didn't come up with anything, because it turned out it was due to how the camera matrix was handled.

Meanwhile, hap did the right thing, and looked at it from the standpoint of "This used to work, when did it stop working," and so he was able to quickly identify which commit introduced the bug, and so it made much shorter work of identifying the faulty code.

Thanks much both and thanks to happppp for the fix.

Sorry for the lack of a save state. I still don't think of save states with MAME as it's something I never use with MAME because MAME keeps me mentally stuck in the late 90's
