I only answer unkindly when someone has been reminded multiple times that their "question" or "suggestion" is unwelcome, and that they're being a cock by asking it multiple times. Diet Go Go Fan was asking a reasonable enough question, pointing directly at resources that MAME devs can use to add the un-tracked games. That's directly helpful, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. I would welcome more posts like that.
