UI Question For MAME UI/64

Hello im sorry if these are silly questions but i am stumped ! I am having a problem with the tabs to the right snapshot/ flyer etc. ! I cant see them properly and the all the pics are small and not stretched like they used to be. I Am using a lenovo ThinkPad X1 Tablet Gen 3 and the version of MAME you can see in the pic i am enclosing as well as more info of what i am talking about thanks for any help in advance.

PS: Figured out the snapshot Pics its just the Tabs problem now

A couple of things to try:

Have you tried updating to a newer version of MAME?
If it does the same thing it's probably in your mameui.ini file.

If a newer MAME fixes it, it's because someone has changed the picture area & tool bar size in their compile for some reason & the picture viewing area layer is enlarged over the picture tab area. That could be part of your snapshot problems too...
The tool bar seems like it's half sized? I'm not sure if that's in the ini but I don't think it is & I would have no idea what they were trying to accomplish by doing that.

If the newer version didn't fix it, then rename your mameui.ini & restart MAMEUI to generate a new ini file. See if that fixes it. You'll either have to reset everything to your liking or compare the 2 ini files & see what got messed up & fix it in your old one.
